CLEAN and INSPECT PROGRAM:
This program offers our clients some real value for the inspection dollars that they spend. It is
designed to provide some “Real Work” on the roof while at the same time providing all necessary
inspection information for the owner.
The process is simple:
STEP 1: Photograph the entire roof system prior to any work being
performed.
STEP 2: Clean roof of all debris in valleyways, roof field, and especially around
all drain areas of the roof system. Bag up all debris and remove from roof. Properly dispose of
debris.
STEP 3: Photo-document all deficiencies on the roof that are found (worn membrane,
open laps and flashings, damaged or open drain flashings, wall flashings, equipment flashings,
etc.) and provide owner with a full roof condition inspection and a written roof proposal for the
needed work uncovered on the roof system.
COSTS:
This program is very affordable. The program cost varies depending on roof size, type and debris
level, but in most cases a commercial roof system can be inspected and cleaned of all debris for a
lot less than you would imagine.
Owners use this service to not only ensure that their roof systems have been inspected, but to also
take comfort in knowing that at least basic roof maintenance has been performed on their roof
reducing the chance of clogged drain lines during the next storm.
